Please allow 3 working days between submitting your order request and collecting the medication. You will be notified by text when your order is ready.

Please be advised that we will send a payment link to you which we require to be settled before your order is placed*.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.
