New videos on website

We have a new video section on our website. Have a look and let us know what you think and please do tell us what you would like to learn or know about and we'll happily record a video.

Is your pet frightened of fireworks?

Planning ahead can help your pets cope with the firework season. Follow these top tips to make firework celebrations less frightening for your pet.

Is it safe to give your dog bones?

Both raw and cooked bones can pose a hazard, they can cause obstructions in the gut, cause fractured teeth and sharp fragments can damage the mouth and gut. At the same time, chewing and biting are both very normal behaviours for dogs. So how to know when something is safe? Our vet Seb gave some great advice about the things to consider before giving your dog a bone

Our new CCA Taniya

Taniya is our new customer care adviser. She looks forward to meeting all your lovely pets and will ensure lots of cuddles and treats for them!! This is Taniya's first job in a veterinary clinic and she is excited to be working with animals and learning lots of new things and skills!
