'Hi my name is Jennifer Reynolds, I am the client care lead here at Surbiton. I have loved every minute of my role since I originally joined in November 2022. I took a short break when I travelled America and when I came back I became the Lead here. This is my first job in this industry, which I have come to love. I take huge pride in looking after clients on a daily basis, I always look forward to who I meet and what wonderful fluffy faces I get to make a fuss over.
