Lead Client Care Advisor

Hi, I'm Jen, and I've been part of the team for almost four years. I started my journey as a Client Care Advisor, where I discovered how much I enjoy supporting clients and helping them feel welcome and cared for during every visit.

During my time with the practice, I took a short break to travel to America, where I spent several months teaching drama. It was an amazing experience that strengthened my confidence, communication skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

When I returned, I was delighted to step into the role of Lead Client Care Advisor at our Surbiton branch. I genuinely love what I do, from building relationships with our clients to meeting their wonderful pets. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing pets grow up, watching the bonds we build with their owners, and knowing we've played a small part in supporting their care throughout their lives.

I'm passionate about creating positive experiences for every client, even during difficult moments, and I'm excited to share some of the approaches that have helped me manage complaints and challenging conversations with confidence and empathy.
