Customer Care Manager

I have been the Customer Care and Practice Administrations Manager at Vet4life for 8 years no progressing from Customer Care Adviser to my current role. I thoroughly enjoy my work and have a wonderful team of 10 Customer Care Advisers. I have a real love for animals and even adopted little Otto who was brought in as a stray to Vet4Life. He has well and truly settled into the family and enjoys coming back for visits and checkups.

I really enjoy getting to know everyone here – both patients and clients. I think the perk of the job is having lots of cuddles with the animals in reception!
